    Choose your meals and place your order by Thursday 11pm for Saturday delivery. You can place a one time order or choose a subscription plan for convenience and discounts.

  • 2. Delivery on Saturdays

    Your meals are prepared and boxed up by our professional team. You can choose between delivery or local pick up on Saturday from the Knockout Kitchen.

  • 3. Enjoy your meals

    Let us do the hard work so you can enjoy fast, convenient, delicious food with next to no effort. Just heat for 3 minutes or until piping hot and you're done.

When will the meals be delivered?

Your meals will be prepared on Friday and will be available on Saturday for collection at Knockout Kitchen or delivered to your address

How do I order a bundle?

Simple add your meals into your shopping cart and our ordering system will add a bundle deal discount if you qualify. Learn more about bundles

What is the subscription service?

Our new Knockout Meals Subscription Service means you can get the food you love on a monthly subscription service.

Just choose the quantity you wish to receive weekly and each month we will bill you for the amount you require. You can even upgrade or downgrade the volume at any time.

How fresh is my food?

The freshness of our food is second to none! We prepare all the food according to the deliveries required on a certain delivery day. Meaning your food is as fresh as possible.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Thats ok, we know people change their minds. You can do this under Your Account.
